How to Cultivate Your REM Cycle
(2026)
“Enigmatic, arresting, oddly satisfying and frankly, brilliant”-View/ReView
Blending dance, theater, live music, text, and projection, How to Cultivate Your REM Cycle follows The Sleeper and The Dreamer through disrupted nights, looping thoughts, and strange inner landscapes. As dreams fracture and time slips, the piece asks what happens when rest becomes impossible — and what we lose when we stop dreaming.
